You better pay attention! :P
The Keys to Your Heart
|
|
You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free. |
|
In love, you feel the most alive when things are straight-forward, and you're told that you're loved. |
|
You'd like your lover to think you are optimistic and happy. |
|
You would be forced to break up with someone who was ruthless, cold-blooded, and sarcastic. |
|
Your ideal relationship is lasting. You want a relationship that looks to the future... one you can grow with. |
|
Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment. |
|
You think of marriage something you've always wanted... though you haven't really thought about it. |
|
In this moment, you think of love as something you thirst for. You'll do anything for love, but you won't fall for it easily. |
You say I don't update anymore so...here we are.
I just got home from Tagaytay yesterday! :D It all started on Wednesday...
*flashback*
I received two calls from Justine's mom: Mama L. :P I left them unanswered because as most of you know...I'm NO GOOD with phones. (talking on the telephone)
She sent me this message:
Hi Christia! I'd like to invite you for an overnight stay this Sat. to Canyonwoods in Tagaytay. Justine doesn't know I'm inviting you 'cause we'd like to surprise her. Tried to call but you didn't pick up.*my heart began to race here* Hope you can join us!
Apparently, I said yes. :P
When we get there, we go straight to the mini-theater, 'cept Gothika is playing.
Let's just say that Lauren and Justine are not very big fans of the Horror film genre.
So we go to 'our' cottage, and settle into our respective rooms. Afterwards we rode on a shuttle to go the the clubhouse. Alas, we forgot to say 'MAIN Clubhouse', and we got off at the smaller one with the outdoor pool.
Humph. :P
Then..that's when I saw him...Hot Tagaytay Boy...(and his bitchy sister)
The day was filled with boating, riding cats, blowing bugs, Mr. DiCaprio's UNSEEN toosh, Confesseions of a NOT it Girl, and CHOCOLATE. Yay.
I slept at 3 o'clock, and woke up an hour later. Justine slept at around 12 or 1.
The next day, we got up for a walk. We took pictures and crossed the hanging bridge.
Afterwards, we walked 'halfway' to the MAIN Clubhouse (the rest by shuttle), and ate Breakfast. Yum.
I'll say the rest later...till next time! Stay abstinent!

The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. And then you die. What's that? A bonus? I think the life-cycle is all backwards. You should die first and get it all over with. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you're too young. You get a gold watch. You go to work. You work forty years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, alcohol and party. You get ready for high school. You go to grade school and become a kid. You play. You have no responsibilities. You become a little baby & go back into the womb. You spend your last nine months floating... Then, you finish off as an orgasm. I like it.

What is it with the forename Jane? All the songs are about Jane. I want to be Jane. And if I keep on telling myself that I am Jane, eventually, I’ll be Jane; won’t I? Won’t I?
Jane says
"I'm done with Sergio."
"He treats me like a rag doll."
She hides
The television
Says "I don't owe him nothing,
But if he comes back again,
Tell him to wait right here for me or,
Try again tomorrow"
"I'm gonna kick tomorrow..."
"I'm gonna kick tomorrow..."
Jane says
"Have you seen my wig around?"
"I feel naked without it."
She knows
They all want her to go
But that's ok man
She don't like them anyway
Jane says
"I'm going away to spain when i get my money saved."
"I'm gonna start tomorrow"
"I'm gonna kick tomorrow..."
"I'm gonna kick tomorrow..."
She gets mad
And she starts to cry
Takes a swing but she can't hit!
She don't mean no harm
She just don't know...
What else to do about it
Jane goes
To the store at eight
She walks up on st. andrews
She waits
And gets her dinner there
She pulls her dinner
From her pocket
Jane says
"I've never been in love - no"
She don't know what it is
She only knows if someone wants her
"I only want 'em if they want me,..."
"I only know they want me..."
Jane says...
Jane says...
In some ways, I am Jane. Don't you think? I'll only know if you tell me. I only know what YOU tell me. It may seem unconventional, yes. But acting in idiosyncratic behavior is what I do best. I'm going to use my endowments to the best of my ability. I am hoping you'll use yours the same.
This is the world honey. The good china is broken. I'm serving it to you; here on this paper plate.

Fare Thee Well
Pope John Paul II

I grew up in a deeply invasive and stifling religious home. At the age of accountability, I began to learn that it was not for me. I am, however, still struggling in the aftermath. When you are told that if you do not believe that God the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit is the one true God, that you are going to hell, you live in subconscious fear every day of your life.
I have a soft spot for those who dedicate their lives to a cause. Martin Luther King Jr. once said "If you haven't found something you are willing to die for, you haven't begun to live." (I'm not quoting verbatim here; but that was the sentiment.) While I'm not necessarily that hard-core of a radical that I would die for a cause, I do believe in doing things in my life "for the Greater Good". I like to think beyond myself, and think about how my actions affect others and the environment. So, I can really understand and appreciate those who live their lives in constant awareness of the world and the Human Family.
In watching the whole dying-Pontiff process (how could I escape it, except to lock myself away), I was curious about him, so I read some online biographies. People have very strong feelings toward him, one way or the other. I have not come to any conclusion myself, except to say that I am amazed that he lived such an incredibly rich life -- outstanding, as a matter of fact -- and did indeed accomplish a lot in his long life.
For those interested, I've compiled some Pope John Paul II trivia.
- The Pope not only publicly forgave Turkish gunman Ali Agca, who nearly assassinated him in May 1981 in St Peter's Square, but later met with his would-be killer in his Italian prison cell and keeps him in his daily prayers.
- An actor, poet and playwright in his youth, he produced many of his writings under the pen-name of Andrzej Jawie and Andrzej Gruda.
- As an ethics professor at the Catholic University of Lublin, he often held seminars with his students in the Tatra Mountains and took them hiking, canoeing and camping. They affectionately referred to him as wujek (uncle).
- He was an avid skier.
- The Pope rarely has time to watch television, but he did, occasionally enjoyed a televised soccer match which reminded him of his own soccer-playing youth.
- When he was elected to the papacy in 1978, Pope John Paul II was the first non-Italian pontiff in 455 years. What's more amazing is that he came from Poland -- a country, at the time, with a Marxist and atheist government.
- He has beatified more "blesseds", and canonized more saints, during his 24-year pontificate than all of the popes of the past four centuries combined. That includes Kateri Tekawitha, the first American Indian ever beatified (1980).
- He has traveled more than half of a million miles during his papacy, spanning 118 countries and all continents except Antarctica. To see the places His Holiness traveled, visit this map.
- Romania was the first Eastern Orthodox country visited by the Pontiff. He later made pilgrimages to other Orthodox strongholds including Greece, Ukraine and Bulgaria.
- He was the only pope to ever enter a synagogue and mosque, and meet with leaders of other faiths and religions.
- Within months of his election, the pope went home to Poland for a June 1979 papal visit that some historians say helped end the Cold War. He gave his blessing to an underground labor movement called 'Solidarity' that would later emerge to reshape Poland.
- In 1986, he became the first pope to visit a Jewish synagogue. There he spoke of how he deplored the "hatred and persecution" of the Jews throughout the centuries. In 1993, the pope presided over the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Vatican and Israel.
- The pope's ability to reach people was aided in large part by his ability to speak several languages. Born into a Polish-speaking home, the pope began learning German at age ten; Latin at age 13; and Greek at age 14. By the time he became pontiff, the pope had mastered eight languages.
- In keeping with his strong political interests, he met with Cuban President Fidel Castro, and in his closing remarks condemned the U.S. economic embargo against the communist state.
- He recently scolded President George W. Bush face-to-face for the Iraq War.
- He opposes all forms of killing, including war, and teaches that God’s gift of life is only His to take. He thus differs from one-sided liberals who oppose capital punishment but support abortion and euthanasia, and equally biased conservatives, who favor the death penalty and warfare but oppose "mercy killing" and the murder of unborn babies.
Some more controversial stats:
- He once worked for a Polish chemical factory which eventually sold chemical weapons to the Nazi's during WWII.
- He fervently opposed birth control.
- He refused to let women be indoctrinated, because "Christ's disciples were all men".
- He opposed gay marriage.
- He opposed abortion.
Regardless of your thoughts on him or the Church, one thing is certain: this man leaves a huge legacy.

There's a song by the Go-Go's that describes my thoughts on summer. It goes something like this:
Can't seem to get my mind off of you
Back here at home there's nothin' to do
Now that I'm away
I wish I'd stayed
Tomorrow's a day of mine
that you won't be in
When you looked at me I should've run
But I thought it was just for fun
I see I was wrong
And I'm not so strong
I should've known all along
that time would tell
A week without you
Thought I'd forget
Two weeks without you and I
Still haven't gotten over you yet
Vacation!
All I ever wanted
Vacation!
Had to get away
Vacation!
Meant to be spent alone.
Today, I ate at McDonald's(of all places) for breakfast. I had hotcakes by the way. After eating 'em, I put my earphones on and read the paper.
Soon, I saw an elderly woman, about 70, holding a tray of assorted breakfast meals. I offered her and her middle aged daughter my table to share.
I observed them carefully. The elderly woman was adding packets and packets of sugar and Coffee Mate to her coffee.
White Death was stirring in her cup.
Soon after, I was in the car. I watched the world pass by. I know I was the moving party, but still I like to think it's everything else that's passing me by.
I saw a woman in her car. She had an ear piece on. Apparently, she was speaking on the phone. And yet, she kept on signing some faraway sign language. Her hands moved above her head, to her side, out the window, and back to the wheel again; enough so she wouldn't crash into incoming traffic. I wonder if she ever made it passed that trip.
As we where passing by a school, a young mother caught my eye. She was wearing these track pants that read KNOCKOUT on her rear end. How I pity that boy. Who wants to see their own mother wearing KNOCKOUT pants? Argh.

After all the crushes are
faded(and torn and crumpled and soggy),
and all of my wishful thinking was
wrong.
I'm
jaded. I
hate it.
Hey...J-j-jaded
You got your mama's style
But you're yesterday's child to me
So Jaded
You think that's where it's at
But it's not where it's 'sposed to be
You're gettin' it all over me
Ex-rated
My my baby blue
Yeah I been thinkin' 'bout you
My my baby blue
Yeah you're so Jaded
And I'm the one that Jaded you
Hey...J-j-jaded
In all it's misery
It will always be what I love...and hated
And maybe take a ride to the other side
We're making love
We'll slip into the velvet glove
And be Jaded
My my baby blue
Yeah I been thinkin' 'bout you
My my baby blue
Yeah I'm so Jaded
And baby I'm afraid of you
You're thinkin so complicated
I've had it all up to here
But it's so overrated
Love and hate it
Wouldn't trade it
Love me Jaded...yeah...yeah
Hey...J-j-jaded
There ain't no baby please
When I'm shootin' the breeze with her
When everything you see is a blur
And ecstacy's what you paid for
My my baby blue
I'm a talkin' 'bout you
My my baby blue
Yeah I been thinkin' 'bout you
My my baby blue
Yeah you're so Jaded
(Baby)
Jaded
(Baby)
You're so Jaded
'Cause I'm the one that Jaded you

Tango Shoes
When we're together,
I am alone.
Dawdle down the street, shuffle my feet,
don't wanna go home.
There's an antique store.
I go inside.
All I got on me,
is only twenty bucks and my pride.
(That's when I see them!)
My new tango shoes,
They are my treasure! They are so cool!
My new tango shoes,
They are my ticket! My tools!
My new tango shoes,
are gonna help me dance away from you!
My new tango shoes!
Like Cinderella, I am transformed.
Suddenly I'm taller
you're smaller
I am reborn!
With new courage,
I go downtown.
To see you sitting at a table,
girls all around.
(and they see my...)
My new tango shoes,
They are my treasure! They are so cool!
My new tango shoes,
They are my ticket! My tools!
My new tango shoes,
are gonna help me dance away from you!
My new tango shoes!

See my sexy metamorphosis
right before your angry eyes...
I stick a red rose in between my lips,
turn on my heel,
dance out of your life!
You told me you loved me.
That was untrue.
Now that we're over,
this dance is for you.
My new tango shoes,
They are my treasure! They are so cool!
My new tango shoes,
They are my ticket! My tools!
My new tango shoes,
are gonna help me dance away from you!
My new tango shoes!
Can you see my toe cleavage? HAHA! Oh,fucking hell yes!

You are Napoleon Dyanamite and a buttload of gangs
are trying to recruit you.

Another turning point;
a fork stuck in the road.
Time grabs you by the wrist;
directs you where to go.
So make the best of this test
and don't ask why.
It's not a question
but a lesson learned in time.
It's something unpredictable
but in the end it's right.
I hope you had the time of your life.

Awww. Memories.
The first photograph is of yours truly making love to a post INSIDE school grounds. Very naughty, 'no? :P
The second is of Katie and Kim, who are most obviously 'rocking on'.
The third is of Bekka! Smiling into space..thinking about..blonde things.
The fourth is of my 'BESTEST' 'BESTEST' 'BESTEST' friend, Ashley Bautista!
The fifth is of Geli! I've known her eversince my years as a toddler..who ate her hotcakes at McDonald's. Awww.
The sixth is of Jay and myself. This was a very awkward photograph indeed.
The seventh is of Kayla (I love the tongue action by the way), Akasha (Silent Siren!) and of myself...again. For some reason, I was on the floor there..hmmm.
The eighth is of Katie. It appears as if she has seen something...that caught her 'attention'. Ha-ha.
The ninth is of Kim and Katie..AGAIN.
The tenth is of myself, making out with the water fountain..which everyone uses. I am the only one who can say truthfully that I have french kissed the entire student body.. almost. :P
The eleventh is of Vincent, my abebeng!
The last is of Rissa! My walk home buddy! My 'The Ring' buddy! My all-around buddy!
THE END!
Look at my 'youngness'!
HAHA!

I am barely legal right now. Woah.
Well, today was 'action packed'.
I finished my IW card. Whoopee. Actually, there IS Math left but, who cares? I have extension for that on Thursday.
We had half of our Computer trim today. I am VERY ULTRA MEGA KADUPER worried that I failed that. My answers with names where Goodwill, Tram, and Vishna. Can you say what the fuck with me?
Everyone had different names for their answers. Their names were normal, like John and Greg. Oh, well.
Afterwards we had the Lab exam. She only used 5 questions from the review earlier this week. She screwed me over deliberately. Rar.
Then, during the entire lunch practice, we practiced for our Florante at Laura play.
"...at mapanglaw!" That fricken' song is tatooed on my mind. But it was worth it, hot damn. We earned ourselves a big juicy E. What now, silly bitch?
My makeup was very..erm..entertaining. I looked like a man who was trying to be a woman, but still had a hint of masculinity in him.
Yay.
When the play was going on, I tripped in on a tree root.
*Sardonic snare*
The ground isn't that bad. It just smelled of urine, that's all.
THEN, we had our Math Session Test. I probably scored alright on that. It wasn't hard, just time consuming.
Till next time! Same mad hatter, same mad place!.

Florante at Laura pains me.
It gives me injuries. It takes away time from
studying.
I love it. I do.
I get to hit Jubjub!(haha!)
AND I always beat
her at sword fighting.
Well, we have figured something out. Lego's lego is flimsy. and
long. and comes from Legoland. (haha!) He has a tat of a wolf on it.
We ate with with
Rachel's barkada today. Smokey Bear and Sampaloc on a stick were our main topics. Nagi
cried because she couldn't breathe from all the laughing! I almost killed someone today!
(so
BAD!)
Out of the sampaloc comes sampaloc juice. This is according to Jubjub. Since this
is according to Jubjub, we won't really be able to know for sure if this is factual. (haha!)
Overall, my day was filled with sexual innuendo in accordance with male genitalia.
It was a grand day at that.

We had our 'field trip' today.
Let's begin.
I woke up at 4:30. I ate BREAKFAST today!
I had showered, dressed, and done every other small thing you could possibly do on the day of a field trip that would a) SUPPOSEDLY last until 8:30 b) be filled with perspiration and lethargic agony, by 5:10.
I got in the car at 5:11, and no no no no no, I could not sleep.
In the words of the Pointer sisters:
"I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it! I'm about to lose control and I think I like it! I'm so excited and I just can't hide it and I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know I want you!"
Blah.
At 5:35 I arrived at the main gate of Poveda. I walked with IcIc to the covered walk to find Flan!
Flan and I talked for what seemed like an eternity. (but what was only 20 minutes) We loaded into the bus at 5:55.
By 6:10 the bus was tolling and DUNDUNDUN Jubjub wasn't there yet!
As we reached the gate, I saw what seemed to be an ant walk up to out bus, with a defeated look on its face. It was Jubjub.
For 2 frickin' hours, I sat next to Jubjub. We sang Potang Bebek. <3
We penetrated(haha!) SBMA, and went to the Science and History whatebs'.
Afterwards, we went to Ocean Adventure!!! Simba and Talia did a a show for us. It was very amusing. Sea Lion's are such intelligent animals; seriously. I took a picture with Simba! She kissed my cheek!
We ate Chiken ala Crapola for lunch. Mmmmmm..yum.
We watched the False Killer Whale show next, then we went to Zoobic.
I saw a chicken get brutally murdered here. Right before its massive teeth dug into the chicken, the Tiger eyed me, almost saying, "You're next.", or something like that. I almost opened the door once. Jubjub would have been eaten first anyways. (HAHA!)
We saw HORNY ostiches with red feet. I was wearing pink and red vans. Imagine all the teasing I received. PITY ME!
Holy cuchinta! We were done by 4:00. We were meant to be done by 5:00. We -ahem- THEY spent the extra time poking fun at the FALSE rumor that I had a massive crush on Miramolin(haha!) or whatever his name was.
We got there by 7:30. I waited there until 8:40. WAH.
I ate Seaweed and rice in the car. It made up for the CAC.

|

Yes, that's me with a needle...
(or is it?)
Today was a VERY good day. Let's see how it went shall we?
I came into the classroom and *Twilight Zone music* all the desks are rearranged and the clock and the artwork are in different places.
(Mang Tebs' REVENGE!)
We were given the opportunity to sit wherever we so wanted. (Bekbek has stopped pms-ing?!?!)
We got to skip about 1/4 of IW, because of the field trip orientation. (Ms. Aro can speak TAGALOG! Sir Sonny can speak ENGLISH!)
Then during IW, Bekbek wasn't there for like...FOREVER...hence, I began aimless conversation with Juju and Tricia. Meme helped me with my Fast Food poster. (which by the way, looks very yummers)
Recess was a bore. I ate. I drank. Blah.
For Math, we all go Potchi! Ihctop! YAY!
Sharing is caring, it can be fun!
I'll have all, and you'll have none!
There's nothing more imp't under the sun!
Sharing is caring..it can be FUN!
For English, we had a quiz..that I forgot to study for.
DUNDUNDUN
No worries though, I passed!
Music was the BEST subject of the day.(for once)
We had once of those 'try-a-teacher' thingamabobs.
She wasn't very grammatically inclined. No Sir E. Bob.
Many new jokes during that period. For one, Potong Bebek was turned into Putang Bekbek or Putong Bekebek. Whichever.
Secondly, I have finally found out Justine's Dads' REAL occupation. He is a Herpes Ninja Turtle Iron Chef.
Say THAT 6 times, really fast.
Lastly, Juju is a call papa. NOT a call girl, but a CALLPAPA.
Lunch was long. It made me hungry. I ate two Snickerdoodles and a couple of wafers.
STILL HUNG!
Soc Sci sucked talong. Copied down notes. But it was all worth it when Ms. said JAFAN instead of JAPAN.
New Vocabulary, Blurries!
Science took up CL for today..DIVINE INTERVENTION! (haha!)
I only saw Bekbek TWICE today! MIRACLE!
We had the Science Session Test. Your honey passed.
Goodbye. I wrote too much.
